During the course of our daily errands, Philip found out that his bid for a house in the Irish Channel was accepted!!! This house would be for his business, reNOLAvations, to fix up and resell. The next step is for him and his business partner to get the loan approved by Friday! I hope this works out for Philip. He wants it so bad.
