I forgot to mention yesterday, that as I helped Philip cut wood and sheet metal... and handing him screws and power-tools, it crossed my mind that this was extactly the type of stuff I hated doing with my father... but I loved doing with Philip. It boils down to the simple fact that I didn't love my father... and I love Philip beyond measure.

Philip and I went to visit radio-talk-show-host David Tyree briefly in the morning.

Much of the day Philip spent on the phone trying to figure out why the casino hasn't sent him any medical-leave checks yet. They promised they'd start coming three weeks after Philip took medical leave... but it has been six weeks. Philip is broke. The casino blames it on the company they use to process claims. They promised to call him back within 24 hours.

In between phone-calls and errands we watched WOMAN OF THE YEAR, which I put on my netflix.com queue when I first learned of Katherine Hepburn's death... and GODSPELL, the Biblical musical from the 1973. I'll be darned if Jesus wasn't played by Victor Garber! I saw James Garber walking the streets of P-town a few years ago when I went to help Varla film the "Mockingbird Hill" video. I love that they got a gay man to play Jesus... that's kewl.

I got an email from Aaron Lawrence (of aaronlawrence.com). He sent some pix of Nikita (who we've both filmed) from his new movie MARIC'S WEEKEND (from Dolphin Videos). Aaron is going back to Russia soon. Have fun, Aaron! Save some twinky foreskin for me!

I got another post on my guyprofiles.com message board saying that I've pasted my face onto pix, thus not being really Vidkid Timo. Well...
