Again, I waited all day for the UPS man. He finally came around 6pm. Among some of the stuff he brought were the Demeter fragrances I got as holiday gifts for many of my friends and family.

Varla (a.k.a. Jeff) and his wife Donna will get "gin & tonic" scented stuff... a candle, a bar of soap, some hand lotion and a bottle of cologne. My mother's neighbor Susan will get "bourbon" scented cologne. Susan's son Wayne will get "saddle" scented cologne (his daddy, who died before he was born, always used to smell like a saddle... so I thought of that for him). Another neighbor of my mother's, Juanita, will get "devil's food cake" scented lotion. Juanita's daughter Stephanie will get "mint julep" scented cologne, because she and I always used to watch GONE WITH THE WIND together when I was 13 or so... and Scarlett and the Tarleton twins are drinking mint juleps on the porch of Tara in the first scene of that movie. My little nephew Buck will get a bar of "dirt" scented soap, so no one will have to know he's clean! My little niece Maggie will get a bar of "angel's food cake" scented soap. My teenaged niece Alicia will get some "cucumber" lotion and "cappuccino" cologne. Alicia's boyfriend Perry will get "thunderstorm" cologne. My teenaged nephew Stephen will get "popcorn" cologne... and it really smells just like buttered popcorn! All of these products really smell like they're supposed to. My brother Sean will get "bonfire" shower gel and "mesquite" cologne. Sean's wife Tanya will get "gardenia" lotion and "apple pie" cologne. My sister Rhonda will get "crust of bread" room spray for her new kitchen and "jasmine" cologne. Rhonda's hot hubby Mike will get "mahogany" shower gel since he works with wood... and I want him to think about me when he's naked and wet. Lastly, my mother will get "fireplace" room spray, so her house can smell like she's burning wood even in the summer... and she's also getting "condensed milk" hand lotion... because I remember she used to eat that stuff out of a can when I was little.

Philip made a platform to put our Christmas tree level with our window that faces the street.

Philip and I had dinner with Cameron at the Chili's on the westbank. I have a pen pal there, but I don't think I saw him. Our waiter Kevin was so fuckin' cute, though... it was hard not to stare at him. That cutie needs to let me suck him off...

Cameron and I went to work out at Le Club while Philip decorated the tree.

By the time I returned, Philip was almost done. This is the first Christmas tree I've had in many years... and the first I've had with Philip, even though this is our third Christmas together. We finally have the room... and the money to have a tree. It's important to him, so I'm excited about it. I'm always spraying pine-scented air freshener to make this place smell like the holidays.
