Both Philip and Frank Taylor had to get up at 8am... so this was an early day for us. Philip went to help his ex-roomy do a little more renovating... I made copies to fill orders... and did other errands on foot.

While on the sun-deck of Le Club a guy started talking to me and once we got to the subject of what I did for a living... which lead to me telling him to grab one of my orange biz cards by the bulletin board on the first floor... he had already picked one up! I knew I picked that eye-attracting color for a reason. Orange. It makes people think of emergencies.

Philip and I did Subway for dinner... and watched crap t.v. 'til Frank Taylor got back from NUTCRACKER rehearsals. Then Philip and I took a walk... first to the post office, then to Cafe du Monde. I've been going there for beignets since I was 3 or 4... and I'm 35 now... and this was the longest I ever had to wait to get served. It turns out the waitress from our section left to get something at Walgreens and just DIDN'T come back. Oh well... we eventually got noticed. We each ate an entire order of French donuts. Yum!
