boring details of my life -
Philip and I drove back to New Orleans today to check our mail (we still keep some going there) and to have lunch with Cameron and Nathan at the uptown Louisiana Pizza Kitchen. Today is that day that many local restaurants take whatever money they earn and donate a portion of it to the NO/AIDS Task Force. It was the very least we could do for the cause. The owner of LPK, Rob (who I've known since the late 80's) was there. He came to sit with us and chatted for a while. He has the most beautiful powder blue eyes EVER.
On the way back to Wilmer, Alabama, we swung by a mall in Mobile and I bought some more worker jeans from the Gap (since my last pair were ruined during the move).
