Then Philip and I drove out and sat by the lakefront and enjoyed the scenery while Jeff went to the gym with Donna.

We met back at his place while he got dressed up in "Varla" drag. Martin (the actor who played the Hassidic Mohel in the "Jew Don't Know My Name" video) joined us and we filmed a couple "pick up" scenes to improve the video's YENTL-inspired ending. We also filmed a few clips to be added to the "Lookin' For Love in All the Wrong Places" video as well. I just adore filming Varla stuff. I love knowing that I contribute to Varla-phenomenon, if even subtly.

Philip and I were going to go to Allan's to get some patio furniture that he wants us to take care of while they move to Galveston, Texas... but he said he wasn't ready to give them up just yet... that he would bring them to us in Alabama if we didn't happen to make it back to Louisiana before he and Mike move in early December.
