Miss Chris was so shocked and so grateful. I wish we could afford to give her such pleasures more often.

Back to our delicious meal... my New York strip (butterflied and smothered in butter) wasn't as good as the kind I like from Ruth's Chris... but it was okay. The unusual Italian broccoli was yummy... and my salad and dessert were both excellent.
